(3) Everywhere you go, visualize yourself being accompanied by three great warriors who're dedicated to your well-being.
I like this on one level, just for the confidence factor it might establish. On another level, I only like it I get to be one of the warriors. (And that really makes the best sense in my head. I should be the best protector of my own well being.)
And then all those thoughts got completely flattened and run over by my libido chiming in that three great warriors dedicated to my well being wouldn't be leaving my bed this weekend. THAT would improve my well being. ;-)
