No one reads LJ on Fridays anyway, right?

So I know the population here has changed, especially since Facebook has taken off so very much. I'm not going to drop anyone from my friends list or anything as a result of not answering the poll. I'm just curious who's still around at all. Unless people comment I don't really get a sense of whether or not someone's reading along. Polls require less effort. =)

I don't see any recently, so it looks like no. If you friend my openID, I can however! (And if you're so inclined you can add it to groups, etc. :) It works just like having an LJ except that I don't have a journal.)

Yeah, uh, 56 respondents so far. But I always hear from other people that no one reads on Friday. It just happens to be when I tend to post, since I'm usually feeling a bit of freedom.

I read LJ rarely. The reason is that when I started reading LJ, my relationships, my parenting, my job, and my social activities didn't consume my entire day. Now they consume about 1.6 days per day. Well, would if they could. You are however on my read list, for when I do.

Of course, the people who read less often are less likely to see this poll, and might then be confused with the people who never do.

What I mean is, they may never see it. I get the impression that a lot of those who read sporadically don't read any more at a time than those who read more often, so they miss things.

So I'm a little outside your tickbox realm. I don't read *anything* every day, but I do make sure to go back to where I left off. If I haven't read LJ in three days (as is presently the case) I will go back to the last thing posted on my friends list which I read and go from there to the present. =)

Commenting under elgecko 'cause I'm sorta in the same camp. I seem to read LJ in waves lately- I'll read every day for a few days, then be gone a week or 3, then read again. However, you're one of the very few people I make sure to catch up on from the last entry I read.
